1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The shipping timeframes below are in addition to our processing time.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • For orders being delivered within the UK, please allow 4-7 working days for your shipment to arrive after dispatch.

3. International Shipping

  • For all orders being delivered outside of the UK, please allow 7-21 working days for your shipment to arrive after dispatch.

  • Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on the destination country, its postal service, and its customs processing speed.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

5. Refused Shipments and Unpaid Customs Fees

  • If a customer refuses to pay the required customs fees and taxes, the shipment will be returned to us.

  • In the event that an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will deduct any costs incurred by us from your refund.

  • These costs include, but are not limited to: the original shipping cost, the cost of return shipping, and any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us by the carrier and customs authorities upon return.

  • If the total fees incurred by us exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.

6. General Information

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
