RETURN & REFUND POLICY
 
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.
 
Unused & Unopened Items:
 
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be sealed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item
 
Damaged / Wrong Item:
 
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
 
International Orders:
 
- Customers are responsible for any return duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred when sending items back to us
- We do not refund original international shipping charges or import duties paid on delivery
